Yes. TireTutor requires Square as the payment processor for our point-of-sale system. Square gives our dealers the most reliable, secure, and modern payment experience, fully integrated into TireTutor.
With Square, you get:
-Fully integrated payments tied directly to work orders and invoices (no manual entry or reconciliation)
-Protection against pricing errors by locking the payment amount to the invoice
-More ways for customers to pay, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, tap-to-pay, text-to-pay, email-to-pay, and financing options like Afterpay
-Faster, cleaner accounting, with automatic syncing to QuickBooks
-Competitive processing rates, including Square’s Match or Beat program for qualified dealers
We’ve found that most accountants prefer to control the data inflow themselves, so we offer a number of ways to get your data into QuickBooks: through an exportable CSV of transactions or through apps available in the Square marketplace.
We can have you up and running in as little as two weeks, as long as you're able to make the time to meet with us and provide the information we need. We’ll need you to send us information about your business as well as assets to populate your website (you can review what we'll need here), and, if you've purchased the data migration add-on, we’ll begin working on migrating your existing data into our POS once we have the data formatted correctly. We’ll also provide you and your team training (though our systems is so easy and intuitive, you’ll wonder if you really need it!).
Yes! You’ll be assigned a U.S. based Account Manager as soon as you join the platform. They’ll check in with you periodically to ensure your questions are answered and that you’re getting the most out of TireTutor. They’ll also sit down with you quarterly to share performance data and best practices for increasing customer count and satisfaction, as well as revenue.
